Stand Up!

Miley loves to stand and pretend to walk before she can even crawl. She probably wants to do what we adults do. She’s also starting to sit up by herself in the playpen and would attempt to stand up by holding on to the sides. Afraid that she may fall out and injure herself, we lowed the playpen so that she could stand in it. See how naughty she is now…

Today’s Menu: Mashed Pumpkin, Potato and Carrot!

Miley has been introduced to cereal and mashed vegetables since she was six months old, apart from her usual milk intake. 奶奶 likes to prepare them fresh daily and sometimes would share them with our neighbor’s baby who is one month younger then Miley. Occasionally she may get a fruity treat of apple or pear but 奶奶 say no meat till she’s one.

Miley now takes them about three times daily and she loves it so much that she gets excited when asked if she wants to eat cereal or “potato” (aka puree). And of cos solid food means more frequent and smellier poops… :o
